Before making a purchase from abroad you must contact us to quantify the transport cost. tiles travel on pallets to ensure maximum safety in all phases of goods storage. Specialized personnel follow, with the maximum attention, all the phases of preparation of the goods, from the choice of the suitable packaging to the use of pallets or wooden crates to always guarantee the integrity of your purchase. Finally, once the goods have been delivered to the courier, an email will be sent containing the Tracking code that will allow you to follow the position of your purchase directly from your home computer or from your smartphone.


1 - How long will I receive the goods?
      The days of assignment of the goods to the courier are indicated in the product sheet. When the package is shipped from our warehouse you will         receive a confirmation email with the Tracking code, from which you can check where your purchase is.
2 - If the courier does not find the goods, do I go back?
      Even if you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will make 3 attempts, then the goods will remain in the nearest warehouse and our   Shipping Office will contact you to arrange delivery again. If you have ordered tiles you will always be contacted beforehand in order to agree on the  delivery times.
3 - Does the courier deliver to the floor?
      No. We remind you that couriers are not required to deliver to the floor, but deliver exclusively to the street level, therefore we suggest checking the Tracking code in order to be able to organize delivery of the goods.
4 - Does the courier deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
      Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, weekdays, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
